How to Use:

Mix with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, or 12%, or Welloxon Perfect Pastel, in a non-metallic bowl using a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2, depending on the desired consistency.
For on-scalp applications (roots), use 6% Welloxon Perfect maximum.

Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair.
Development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result.
Check hair every 5–10 minutes during processing.
Maximum development time: 50 minutes.
