How to Use:
Apply to dry hair. Load the small end of the brush with powder.
Using your free hand, pull hair flat/tight against the scalp and press the brush firmly onto the roots, starting at the scalp and working outward—do not use a sweeping motion.
Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the edge of the small brush.
Gently remove any excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
