Toner for blonde hair 0/002 Pearl Ash.

Use on pre-diluted or very light natural bases.

Warning: This product is used in conjunction with an oxidizing agent.

Instructions for use:

On a very light natural base for minor highlights or corrections (10/20 volume)
On white hair for slight highlights and to help maintain white color (6 volumes)
On colored hair to intensify highlights or cancel out unwanted color. Reflections. (8 to 10 volumes)
On platinum hair

Tip for use:

Mix the shade with an oxidizer (6 to 20 volumes)
